For USA Customer Destinations:
We promise 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your order or you simply changed your mind and no longer want the item, you may return it for a refund or replacement within 30 days from the date of order.
This DOES NOT apply to International order destinations. All orders shipped to International destinations are Final with no refunds, except when items are defective in material, printing or embroidery. In those rare cases, a replacement item will be sent and shipped at no cost to you.

item below is not completed:
- Using our Contact Us form, send us a message you want to return items. We will reply by email with some questions you need to answer so we can process the request. Your request must be within 30 days from order date.
- The items must be returned to our Returns Department and we will provide the address in our email reply.
- You are responsible for the shipping cost for items returned, UNLESS the reason items being returned is due to product defects in material, printing or embroidery. Our reply will provide more details.
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition that you received it in. NO EXCEPTIONS.
After receiving returned items, we make every effort to process refunds as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed once the return is received.
Refunds are for the amount paid for the items returned, not including shipping costs. (View our Shipping information.) Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

We do not offer product exchanges. However, you may request a product return for an item (per the Return Policy) and then re-order the item as desired for a more suitable style, size, or color.
Orders with Damage, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, with a defect, misprint or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days from date of the order and we will send a replacement to you at our expense after you have completed all the requirements for the Return Policy above.
Should you wish to opt for a refund instead of a replacement, then we will process a refund instead of sending a replacement item per our Return Policy.

For USA Customers and Destinations, if your order is deemed ‘Lost’ by the shipping carrier, we will dispatch a replacement to you at our expense as soon as possible upon completing a lost shipment investigation with the carrier.
For International Destinations, we will provide you with the carrier contact information as soon as possible and you will be required to place any claim for losses with them.
